One secure platform for AI and automation. Built by us, or by you.

We are obsessed with process. Most businesses are not. We find the opportunities in yours, build in the AI and automation, and run it for you. Or train your people to run it themselves.

Who this is for

If one of these is you, call us.

"Someone told me I need AI, but I don't know what that means."

What we do about it

We find where AI would actually pay in your business, and we tell you how to implement it responsibly.

"I have a team, but everything still comes through me."

What we do about it

We start with how work is done and decisions are made in your business, and attack the root problems with technology in mind to support.

"We don't have clear procedures, and I don't know how many Excel sheets we have."

What we do about it

Nothing is written down and the business runs on spreadsheets nobody owns. We start by mapping how the work actually happens.

Proof

What we've built for clients.

Every one of these is live and working in businesses today. They have given back time, taken cost out, and put clearer numbers in front of the people making decisions.

Management reporting framework

ConsultingAutomation
Result

Everyone works from the same numbers, every month

No KPIs and no review rhythm becomes one set of numbers per function, owned and reviewed monthly

How it works

We build the dashboards, but the larger part is the framework around them. A defined set of numbers per function, somebody accountable for each, and a monthly review where they actually get looked at. The reporting builds itself from the systems of record. The discipline is what makes it stick.

  • A defined set of numbers per function, each with somebody accountable for it
  • A monthly review that starts from one source rather than three versions
  • More time spent on how to move the numbers, less on working out what they are

Order intake agent

AgenticAutomation
Result

About $1,000 a month in savings

Orders re-keyed by hand from email PDFs become an agent that reads every email and files the order

How it works

Orders arrived as email attachments and PDFs, from clients and from the sales team, and someone opened each one and re-keyed it into the ERP. The agent now reads every email, enters the order into the ERP as a sales order, and flags anything unclear for a person to approve or change.

  • Roughly 10 hours a week returned for an operations clerk, at about $25 an hour
  • 45% fewer emails reaching a human inbox
  • Half the sales team's emails eliminated, because the agent answers inventory questions directly

Supplier invoice agent

AgenticAutomation
Result

About $1,500 a month in savings

Invoices opened and typed in by hand, in mixed languages, become an agent that splits, reads and files every invoice

How it works

Supplier invoices arrived by email, often several PDFs in a single message and not always in English, and someone worked out which invoice was which before typing it in. The agent now opens the email, separates every invoice inside it, reads each one whatever the layout or language, and enters it into the system of record. Anything it cannot match is flagged rather than guessed.

  • Roughly 20 containers a month, each taking about three hours of invoice handling
  • 60 hours a month returned, at about $25 an hour

Two ways to work with us

Same platform. Same build. The only difference is who holds the keys afterwards.

You do not have to decide today. We work out which one fits during the diagnostic, on what we actually find rather than on what was assumed at the start.

Built for you

We build it and we run it.

Monitoring, maintenance, and the work of keeping flows healthy when the systems underneath them change. What reaches your team is a report, a form or an app. Nobody has to learn anything.

Fixed-fee diagnostic to start. Monthly from there, priced against what the solution carries.

Book a discovery

Built with you

We build it, then we train your people.

You appoint someone with the aptitude and the time. They change and extend your processes on the platform after we leave, without waiting on us to do it for them. You are staffing a function, not renting software.

Fixed-fee diagnostic to start. Per seat from there.

Our platform

We built the platform, not just the workflows.

It is called Atomic Agents. There is no shortage of agent builders, and none of them had everything a real business needs in one place.

  1. 01 · Trigger

    It starts without anyone

A schedule, a webhook, an inbound email, a form, or an event in a system you already run. Nobody has to remember to press anything.

  2. 02 · Reason

    The judgment step, handled

An agent reads the mess and returns clean, typed fields: drafting, classifying and extracting the things a person used to re-key by hand.

  3. 03 · Branch

    Routed by condition

Different cases take different paths, in parallel, across the tools you already run. Anything genuinely borderline stops and asks a person.

  4. 04 · Deliver

    Merged, rendered, sent

Every branch collects into one artifact: an Excel file, a PDF, a hosted page. It arrives where it is read. Weekly, untouched.

  5. 05 · Operate

    Or just ask for it

The whole flow becomes a tool an agent can call, so one instruction runs the entire machine on command, on a schedule, or over chat.

It is called Atomic Agents. There is no shortage of agent builders, and none of them had everything a real business needs in one place.

Built in plain language
Describe the process and the platform builds the flow. No developer, no scripting.
Reports and hosted pages
Excel, PDF or a live page, out of the same flow that produced the data.
Enterprise-grade security
A separate workspace per client. Isolation by construction, not by permission.
Data residency
Canada or the United States, at the click of a button.
Real integration
Connects the systems you already run, rather than replacing them.

Our approach

Thirty days from first conversation to something running.

The first few days are the ones that matter. That is where we find what is worth automating, cost it, and tell you honestly whether it is worth doing. There is nothing in the method we would not walk you through on a first call.

01Readiness assessmentWhat data exists, what condition it is in, and what the business is realistically ready to automate. Days one to four.See what you get

How the annual value is calculated

hours saved per weekpeople affectedloaded hourly rate46 working weeks = annual value

4.0 × 3 × $38 × 46 = $20,976

Loaded rate is salary plus employer cost, not base pay. Forty-six weeks allows for holiday and statutory time. Hours come from the process mapping, not from an estimate, which is why this step follows it rather than leading.

You approve line by line. Anything deferred stays on the list for the next cycle.

Illustrative. Your numbers come from your own hours and rates, gathered during the mapping.
